Phillip took me to that house right away, and after about a month of looking for the perfect place, we found it; I made an offer later that afternoon and am now living there. The call Phillip received that afternoon told me two things, first, Phillip doesn't just assist his clients by showing them a wide variety of listings, he also goes above and beyond by communicating to other agents what his clients are looking for. Secondly, Phillip has the respect of his colleagues to the extent he's often the first call when someone is listing a quality home. My wife and I had recently relocated to the Columbia, SC area and new absolutely nothing regarding the housing market. Phil spent a week with my wife while I was working and not only shoed her numerous houses, but also drove her around the area to help her get acclimated. 6 years ago we worked with Phillip to buy a home and that experience was excellent. Last year we sold the home on Pittsdowne Rd.
